How can I check the status of an order?
If you did not receive an email from Focus On Fit, be sure to check your bulk mail folder. Or you can email us at focusonfit.com.
Typically, if you provided an email address with your order, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to the email address you
provided. Please be sure to check your bulk or junk mail folder if you did not receive a shipment confirmation and feel as though
you should.
You can call Customer Service at (817) 896-9053 to check your order status. Please leave a message with the order number given
to you from your Focus On Fit confirmation email..
How can I pay for my order?
Google Checkout as well as Paypal are accepted.
All orders may be placed using a major credit card. Use the "Paypal" button to use your credit card. Paypal accepts Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Debit cards may also be used as long as the card has the Visa or MasterCard logo
on the front.
Paypal also allows you to pay with an "E-Check".
What is a Coach?
A Coach is an independent Beachbody business representative who has taken a proactive role in helping people reach their
health, fitness, and financial goals. With every order from this site you will receive your free coach and online support tools.

How do I become a Coach?
Click HERE to become a Coach and an Independent Business owner. There are a couple of quick forms to fill out—you will need
your credit card number and social security number (because you will be paid)—before you enter a wizard to set up your online
office.
How are your products shipped?
Most of our products are shipped via UPS. If you elected rush shipping via UPS 2nd Day (not available for PO Boxes) your delivery
time is about 4–5 business days. If you selected Ground shipping, your order will arrive in about 5–7 days, via UPS. Standard UPS
Shipping may take up to 6-10 days.
If you ordered with a P.O. Box as your shipping address, your order will be sent by DHL Smartmail and delivered by U.S. Mail. It will
take about 5–7 days for delivery. NOTE: P90X Chin Up Bars will not be shipped to P.O. Boxes so please leave a street address if
you are ordering a Pull Up Bar.
Why is my order delayed?
We apologize if your package has not arrived when expected.
The majority of our orders do deliver within the 5–7 business day guarantee, however sometimes there are circumstances beyond
our control that can cause delays in processing and shipping, such as major power outages or adverse weather conditions.
All orders made to be shipped within the US State lines will receive a confirmation email followed shortly by an email with Tracking
# from ups.com.

Why haven't I gotten my order confirmation, shipping confirmation, customer service or newsletter emails?
Spam filtering software may be installed on your computer or used by your email provider or Internet service provider. To ensure
that you receive our emails and our responses to your inquiries, do one of the following:
Add the focusonfit.com domain to your email safe list.
If your settings do not allow you to add email addresses to a safe list, use the Help section or contact your email/Internet provider's
Customer Support to research your configuration options.
Disable your email filtering SPAM software on your computer.
Check your junk, bulk or spam folder if you feel you are missing an email from Focus On Fit. If you did not receive your Focus On Fit
confirmation email then please send an email to rob@focusonfit.com with your Name and order date and the email will be resent.
How can I get my order or item reshipped in the event of a damaged or missing package?
We will be happy to track your package and issue a reshipment if it is discovered that the package was lost in transit or if it arrived
damaged. Just contact us by phone or email with your Order #.
I ordered a video from FocusOnFit.com, but it says Beachbody on it. Why?
Most of the products we sell at Team Focus On Fit are made by Beachbody. These products often have Beachbody labels on them.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only before it is processed. Because we try to get your products to you as soon as possible, there is limited time for you to
cancel. If you made your purchase on our Web site, you must cancel right away. Call us and leave your name and the item that you
just ordered.
If we are not able to cancel your order when you call, it's okay! You still have the money-back guarantee and can email us for return
instructions.
How do I return my order? What is the return address for your products?
We hope you will not find any reason to return your products, but if you do, we back all of our products with a 30-day money-back
guarantee.
Money-back guarantees start at the date of delivery. Returns must be postmarked within money back guarantee period, so email
us within that time period for a return authorization number (RA #) and instructions. Remember that while the cost of product is
refundable, shipping and handling is not.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS (please read carefully):
1. Email us for an RA# at rob@focusonfit.com. You will write your RA# on your packing slip.
2. Circle the items you're returning on your packing slip.
3. Box the items you're returning with this packing slip, and attach a mailing label to the box.
4. Return the box using any carrier you wish (US Mail, UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) Return postage is your responsibility. Our returns address

5. We recommend you insure the package and retain your receipt or tracking number for your records. Focus On Fit is not
responsible for lost packages.
6. We process all returns within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Please allow 30 days to see the refund on your monthly credit
card statement.
7. Late returns, returns without an RA#, refused deliveries, return-to-sender and cash-on-deliveries (CODs) are not accepted.
